Lincolnshire Show: Wednesday 22 & Thursday 23 June, 2022 Lincolnshire Show: Wednesday 22 & Thursday 23 June, 2022 Equine Prize Schedule All exhibitors are asked to read carefully: 00 Important Notes for ALL Equine Exhibitors and 01 The Equine Regulations & Information Closing Date for entries: ALL ONLINE Showing entries: Thursday 21 April 2022 Except - ONLINE Showjumping entries: Thursday 26 May 2022 Cancellation Statement There may be circumstances where the show has to be postponed, cancelled, abandoned or curtailed as a result of circumstances beyond the control of the Society, for example as a result of a security alert or as a result of inclement weather making it impractical to hold the Show. In such circumstances once any administration fees have been deducted, entry fees will be refunded, but the HOYS contribution is non-refundable. The Society will have no liability for loss or damage suffered by exhibitors or others. · Administration Fee Online Entries are subject to a £2 administration fee · Class Entry Fees These are stated at the top of each Section. All entry fees are inclusive of VAT at 20%. (Any change in VAT rate will be applied from the due date.) Showjumping Section All entry fees are stated with the declarations, start times and prize money In-Hand Wesh Pony classes Non (HOYS) Classes £36/entry Foal Classes £20/entry Heavy Horse & Heavy Horse Turnouts All Classes £30/entry · Exhibitor Responsibility It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that they arrive on the showground in sufficient time for the commencement of their classes. Any ring timetables publicised are provisional and may be subject to change. The Society will not accept responsibility for any exhibitor missing their class(es) and under no circumstances will fees be refunded. Show Regulations / Health Declaration (Equine) Please note that by making entries into the Lincolnshire Show you are declaring: · that the animals described in the entries are free from clinical signs of disease. You further declare that you will take all due precautions to prevent the animal(s) from being exposed to infectious or contagious disease previous to the Show. · that you have read, understand and undertake to abide by the REGULATIONS & INFORMATION and the Conditions specific to all classes entered, as published in the Equine Prize Schedule.
