Lincolnshire Show: Wednesday 22 & Thursday 23 June, 2022 Equine Prize Schedule All exhibitors are asked to read carefully: 00 Important Notes for ALL Equine Exhibitors 01 The Equine Regulations & Information Equine Entry Pathway - Online · Complete the online forms for your chosen class. · Make your card payment. · You'll receive a system response (this is not a record of Show Acceptance) · Do check your bank statement to ensure the payment has left your account. · Show Acceptance - you will receive a Receipt from the Show Office via Email confirming entries and address for passes. · Your Passes will be sent out in the post late May/early June Closing Date for entries: ALL ONLINE Showing entries: Thursday 21 April 2022 Except - ONLINE Showjumping entries: Thursday 26 May 2022 Cancellation Statement There may be circumstances where the show has to be postponed, cancelled, abandoned or curtailed as a result of circumstances beyond the control of the Society, for example as a result of a security alert or as a result of inclement weather making it impractical to hold the Show. In such circumstances once any administration fees have been deducted, entry fees will be refunded, but the HOYS contribution is non-refundable. The Society will have no liability for loss or damage suffered by exhibitors or others. · Administration Fee Online Entries are subject to a £2 administration fee · Class Entry Fees These are stated at the top of each Section. All entry fees are inclusive of VAT at 20%. (Any change in VAT rate will be applied from the due date.) Heavy Horse & Heavy Horse Turnouts All Classes £30/entry Stables: In-Hand Heavy Horses ONLY (£40 each) VAT inclusive (from Tuesday to Wednesday evening 7pm) ONLY Stables: Heavy Horse TURNOUTS ONLY (£40 for the duration of the Show) VAT inclusive (from Tuesday evening close of Show) ONLY · Exhibitor Responsibility It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that they arrive on the showground in sufficient time for the commencement of their classes. Any ring timetables publicised are provisional and may be subject to change. The Society will not accept responsibility for any exhibitor missing their class(es) and under no circumstances will fees be refunded. · Any Exhibitor wishing to withdraw an animal before the closing date of entries will incur an administration fee of £5; alternately another animal may be substituted in the same class providing the request is received in writing by the Thursday 12 May and the animal has been the bona fide property of the Owner by the closing date of entries. · After entries have closed and been catalogued Exhibitors are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances and no other new nominations or changes will be accepted. Show Regulations / Health Declaration (Equine) Please note that by making entries into the Lincolnshire Show you are declaring: · that the animals described in the entries are free from clinical signs of disease. You further declare that you will take all due precautions to prevent the animal(s) from being exposed to infectious or contagious disease previous to the Show. · that you have read, understand and undertake to abide by the REGULATIONS & INFORMATION and the Conditions specific to all classes entered, as published in the Equine Prize Schedule.
