Conditions:
1. For Classes 32, 33, 34, 36 and 38 please state HOYS ID numbers and BSHA Registration numbers for Owners, Riders and Horses on your Entry Form. (For Horse of the Year Show ID numbers please contact Grandstand Media on 024 7685 8205)

2. The Society is affiliated to and classes 32, 33, 34, 36 and 38 will be judged under the 2021 British Show Horse Association rules. In Horse of the Year Show qualifiers, Horse of the Year Show rules take precedence. A copy of the Horse of the Year Show rulebook can be downloaded from www.hoys.co.uk

3. BSHA require all Owners, Producers and Riders in the Horse of the Year Show Hunter Classes to be members of the British Show Horse Association (BSHA), and all horses must be registered with BSHA

4. Entries in classes 32 to 34 may not compete in class 36 and vice versa.

5. For classes 32 to 34, competitors must enter their horses in the appropriate sections, but class 32 will be judged first, and the judges shall have the power to transfer exhibits to classes 33 or 34 if they deem necessary.

6. Qualification will not pass below 5th place. Qualification will be verified by the Horse of the Year Show Office.

7. Judges may be asked to restrict riding to those entries selected for final consideration, having due regard to the judging time available.

8. In accordance with the rules of the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, all competitors must wear a skull cap or hat and safety harness according to the correct approved BSI or European Standard at all times. Any competitor not adhering to this will be asked to leave the ring/class.

Qualifiers:
a) Horse of the Year Show Qualifiers 2021. Held under the rules of the British Show Horse Association, however Horse of the Year Show Rules take precedence. Horses must be registered with the Association and all Owners, Producers and Riders must be Association Members. Riders must be 15 years of age or older. These classes qualify for Horse of the Year Show, NEC, 6th - 10th October 2021. BSHA Registration numbers and HOYS ID numbers must be quoted on the Entry Form for Horse of the Year Show Qualifiers. This is a Horse of the Year Show Qualifier, all data given upon entry of this class is provided to Grandstand Media Limited and stored on the Grandstand Entries System. In Classes 32, 33, 34 and 36 the first prize winner will qualify to compete at the final. If already qualified the second will qualify, if the first and second are already qualified then the third will go forward and so forth to fifth. Qualification will not pass below fifth place. In class 38 the first prize winner will qualify to compete at the final. If already qualified the second will qualify, if first and second are already qualified then the third will go forward. Qualification will not pass below third place. Qualification will be verified by the Horse of the Year Show office.

Horses competing at the Horse of the Year Show and qualifying shows in The Hunter sections of The Sport Horse Breeding of Great Britain classes at their Affiliated Shows cannot compete in Hack, Cobs and Riding Horse classes at the same show, on the same day and vice versa. This does not apply to SHB (GB) Ridden Sport Horse classes.

c) TSR NAF Five Star Riders Championships - classes 32, 33, 34, 36, and 38 are qualifiers for the 2021 TSR NAF Showing Finals. Riders can choose which Regional final they go to - Central, East Anglia, North West, North East, South East, Wales and south West or Scottish. 1st & 2nd Riders qualify and will receive a qualification card in the ring.
