IN-HAND COLOURED HORSES AND PONIES Judge: Mr N Hollings BLACKBURN Conditions: 1. This show is affiliated to The Coloured Horse & Pony Society (UK), Affiliation Number (19048). Both owner and the rider/exhibitor need not be a member of CHAPS (UK) nor must the horse or pony be registered with CHAPS (UK) to compete. However, in order to qualify both Owner and Rider/Exhibitor need to be a current showing member and present their valid Qualifier Card IN THE RING for signing by the judge. Members to apply in writing to CHAPS(UK) for appropriate qualifier card. The CHAPS (UK) Championship Show will be held on 29th - 31st August 2019. Shows held on or after date of Championship Show will count as 2020 qualifiers. The following classes are CHAPS (UK) Qualifiers 66, 67, 68 and 69. All stallions, 4 years old and over entering these classes must be graded with CHAPS (UK). All stallions must wear Stallion ID Discs on the ring without exception. Qualifiers: a) The following classes are CHAPS (UK) Qualifiers, 66 to 69. All stallions entering these classes must be graded with CHAPS (UK). Stallion ID Discs must be worn in the ring (CHAPS (UK) Affiliation Number (18053). b) TSR Riders Championships - classes 66, 67, 68 and 69 are qualifiers for the 2019 TSR Riders Regional Finals. Qualify and enter ANY of the Regional Finals Central, East Anglia, North West, North East, South East, Wales & South West or Scottish. You Do Not have to be a TSR member to qualify or enter the final. The Handler Qualifies and can enter any horse/pony in any number of Finals. The two highest placed Handlers with a TSR In Hand Card will qualify in any In Hand Class. Handlers must have their cards signed in the ring by the judge/steward, cards are available for FREE from the TSR Website.
