Conditions:
1. This show is affiliated to The Coloured Horse & Pony Society (UK). Affiliation No (15045). Both owner and the rider/exhibitor need not be a member of CHAPS (UK) nor must the horse or pony be registered with CHAPS (UK) to compete. However in order to Qualify both Owner and Rider/Exhibitor need to be a current showing member and present their valid Qualifier Card IN THE RING for signing by the judge. Members to apply in writing to CHAPS(UK) for appropriate qualifier card.
The CHAPS (UK) Championship Show will be held on 31st August - 3rd September 2016. Shows held on or after date of Championship Show will count as 2017 qualifiers.
The following classes are CHAPS (UK) Qualifiers 75, 76, 77 and 78. For full rulings and information on competition/qualification, please refer to the CHAPS (UK) Members' Handbook; or visit www.chapsuk.com for rulings.
All stallions, 4 years old and over entering these classes must be graded with CHAPS (UK). All stallions must wear Stallion ID Discs on the ring without exception.
Qualifiers:
a) The following classes are CHAPS (UK) Qualifiers, 75 to 78. For full rulings and information on competition/qualification, please refer to the CHAPS (UK) Members' Handbook; or visit www.chapsuk.com for rulings. All stallions entering these classes must be graded with CHAPS (UK). Stallion ID Discs must be worn in the ring.(CHAPS (UK) affiliation number 15045)

b) P(UK) Qualification for the Supreme Championships 2016, Equifest 2016, BSPA Finals 2016 and Winter Classic 2017 (Ponies U.K. affiliation number 16/A16/7821)
1st, 2nd and 3rd placed ponies from classes 75, 76, 77 and 78 will qualify for the P(UK) Commanchee In Hand Piebald/Skewbald Horse/Pony Championship. Qualification Tickets will be awarded in the ring. Competitors in qualifying positions ARE NOT required to become a member in order to compete in the P(UK) Championship Finals.

c) TSR Riders Championships - classes 75, 76, 77 and 78 are qualifiers for the 2016 TSR Riders Regional Finals. Qualify and enter ANYof the Regional Finals Central, East Anglia, North West, North East, South East, Wales & South West or Scottish. You Do Not have to be a TSR member to qualify or enter the final. The Handler Qualifies and can enter any horse/pony in any number of Finals. The two highest placed Handlers with a TSR In Hand Card will qualify in any In Hand Class. Handlers must have their cards signed in the ring by the judge/steward, cards are available for FREE from the TSR Website. Full details at www.theshowingregister.co.uk.

d) BSPA / Equifest In-Hand Piebald / Skewbald - The two highest placed exhibits not already qualified in classes 75, 76, 77 & 78 will qualify for the Equifest Championships to be held at the East of England Showground on the 17th - 21st August 2016.
